From their boundless energy to their endless curiosity, they remind us why family always comes first. Every teepee setup, every event, every cake—it’s all about building a future they can be proud of and showing them that with passion, anything is possible.

They may not be the ones handling bookings or deliveries (yet!), but their presence and support keep us going through all the chaos.

At the end of the day, they’re the reason we do what we do, and we wouldn’t have it any other way.

Owner and The Powerhouse Behind It All

Allow me to introduce myself, I'm Maddie, the owner of four businesses, mum to four amazing kids, full-time worker in the financial industry, and, according to hubby, the “annoying wife”. 👋

I’m the one who keeps the wheels turning, handling absolutely everything within our businesses - from bookings and invoicing to crafting teepee setups and managing deliveries. If there’s a job to be done, you can bet I’m on it!

You’ll often find me in front of the camera, promoting all that we’ve worked so hard to build. I’m all about showcasing the passion and dedication that goes into every project, every event, and every detail.

My two voices are what keep things moving - there’s my friendly customer service voice and my straight-to-the-point voice. There’s no in-between, so you’ll always know where you stand with me.

Common sense is my strong suit, but let’s just say my face makes it pretty clear when someone else is lacking it. I’m not one to hide my thoughts, especially when it comes to getting the job done right. Whether I’m managing the chaos at home or making sure our businesses run smoothly, I’m all in, all the time.

It’s a whirlwind, but I wouldn’t have it any other way. This is me—doing it all, with a smile (most days), and making sure everything is as perfect as it can be.

My Husband, Co-Owner, and My Better Half

Let me shine a spotlight on the one who keeps me grounded—my husband, co-owner, and the number one in my life.

He’s my “good side,” my “5/8,” and honestly, I couldn’t do any of this without him. Whether it’s me stressing him out or the kids keeping him on his toes, he takes it all in stride (most of the time).

He might beat around the bush, but he always gets the job done—though he often forgets to take photos! He’s the king of deliveries and set-ups, assists with all the organizing, and is a total pro at managing our socials.

I know he’s probably thinking, “What’s she bought now?” or “What have I gotten myself into?” but he handles it all with a smile (mostly). Just a heads up—don’t talk to him before he’s had his coffee!

Let’s be real, he probably should stick to selling houses, but I’m so grateful he’s here with me every step of the way. He’s the backbone of this operation, and that’s not a word of a lie or an over-exaggeration.

The Backbone Behind the Scenes

Let’s give a huge shout-out to the real MVP of our operations – my Mum!

She might not be front and center, but she’s the glue holding everything together.

As our 5-star grocery shopper, she ensures that we’re always stocked with the freshest ingredients and essentials, making sure nothing is ever out of place.

But, her role doesn’t stop there. Mum is also our emotional and mental support coordinator, always ready with a listening ear and a comforting word when things get tough. She’s the rock we lean on, even when she’s giving us an earful. And let’s not forget her vital role as the family nanny, taking care of the little ones while Nathan and I are out handling deliveries and setting up events. Yes, she’s a constant complainer, but we wouldn’t have it any other way – that’s just how we know she cares!

We couldn’t do what we do without her behind-the-scenes magic.

Jack-Of-All-Trades and Legend of Operations.

From deliveries and setups of our lights to painting and fixing them, my dad does it all. His skills are sharp and indispensable to our team!

A mechanic by trade, Dad might grumble about having to fix the things I (mostly Nathan) break, but he always gets the job done with precision and care, just has to whinge about it first, you know how it is.

Though he's semi-retired, he helps out of love for his daughter and our not so little anymore, family business, which mind you started out as a hobby 😂, sorry dad.

You’ll never catch my dad wearing his work shirt because he’s too cool for that. He still rocks the jeans and Dunlop kt26 BigW joggers, proving style never retires!

In his spare time, you'll find him working away on his beloved cars or tackling jobs for everyone else too (thankfully, not just us). Otherwise, he'll be up at the pub, wishing Nathan would leave him alone—hahaha!

If you see my dad on one of your jobs, offer him a beer to cheer him up. He's an essential part of our team, and we couldn't do it without him, he most probably doesn’t want to be there but does it because he loves me!

My Sister - The Wonder Woman Behind the Scenes!

Let me introduce you to the powerhouse that keeps me going every single day. My Sister, the award-winning business owner of Wonder Woman Cleaning!

Not only does she run her own successful business, but she’s also my rock, providing all the moral, mental, and emotional support I need to get through the craziness of my days.

When the big jobs come in, she’s right there with me, working her magic on those teepee beds and adding the perfect finishing touches to our decorations.

But let me warn you... She’s a hard ass, and you definitely don’t want to get on her bad side. If she woke up on the wrong side of the bed or hasn’t had her Red Bull yet, it’s her way or the highway!

But honestly, I wouldn’t have it any other way. She’s tough, she’s fierce, and I’m lucky to have her by my side.

My Brother - The Hidden Gem Of Our Team.

Andrew is my go-to guy whenever I’m stuck or need some help and he’s always there at the drop of a hat whenever I need him.

Though he might be a bit of a pro at leaving trolleys and other things in the way of our photo ops, the venues usually have us covered.

He tries to be the king of organization, often trying to plan deliveries 10 years out in advance, and for those who know Nathan and I - HAHA, this can be hilarious!

Andrew is usually paid on an "I owe you" basis before the jobs are done but we wouldn’t have him any other way. He always pulls through for us on the day!

Despite the occasional chaos, he rarely complains—a true testament to his positive attitude and hard work! His expertise shines through in his seamless setup of our inflatable party house, a skill he's perfected in such a short period of time so far.

When he's not working his full-time job as a truck driver, you'll likely find Andrew enjoying some time with his kids, having a fire, giving Nathan a hard time and relaxing with a few beers at home.

We appreciate all his hard work and dedication. Being the baby sister, I know, I know.. you don’t have to say it, I'm the favourite. 😇

The Creative Force Behind Our Content and Photography - Cady Louise Visuals

With an eye for the perfect shot and a knack for turning everyday moments into scroll-stopping content. Whether it's snapping photos for our latest projects or capturing those candid moments, Cady’s got it covered!

But her talents don’t stop there... Cady is also our trusted babysitter extraordinaire, bravely handling our wild little ones with the same care she puts into her photography.

She’s a natural people person, always bringing a smile to everyone’s face. Unless, of course, she hasn’t had her full eight hours of sleep. Then, let’s just say you might want to give her a minute until the Redbull kicks in!

Cady’s known for being a bit clumsy and occasionally forgetful, but that’s where our joint calendar comes to the rescue. It keeps her on track and ready to tackle the day, even if she’s a little behind on sleep.

We love her quirks and we wouldn’t change a thing about her. She’s and essential part of our team, and we love her to bits!

Warehouse Manager

Aidan, once famous for marathon lunch breaks and a phone tan that could outshine a day at Bondi Beach, Aidan has evolved from the King of Late to the Master of Stock Management! With his socks pulled high (literally), Aidan has taken out the title of Warehouse Manager through pure determination, a bit of grit, and maybe a few reminders to set his phone aside and turn up for work.

Aidan's customer service skills are so smooth, they could talk a Karen down from a one-star review. Polite, hardworking, and always ready to follow orders, he’s the kind of guy you hope answers every customer service call.

Sure, he’s yet to get his license—so you wont catch him driving whilst on his phone, but that hasn’t stopped him from steering the warehouse like a finely tuned engine.

Whether he's balancing orders, overseeing stock, or bossing the delivery drivers, Aidan is the KING of our operation. Frankly, without him, the whole ship wouldn't just sink; it would capsize, burst into flames, and probably make the evening news.

Here’s to Aidan—the great bloke who shows that even if you have no idea what’s going on as long as you listen and follow instructions to the Real Boss, you have it in the bag, always (as long as your phone is on silent and tinder/ snapchat is quiet for the evening).
